Introduction:
The WAW-2000kN microcomputer-controlled hydraulic universal testing machine adopts an oil cylinder bottom-mounted main engine and is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and shear testing of metals and non-metals. 1,Host
The main machine adopts an oil cylinder bottom-mounted main machine. The tensile space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam of the main machine and the workbench.
2,Hydraulic system (piano-type oil source)
2.1 -Hydraulic principle
As shown in Figure 2, it is a load-adaptive oil inlet throttle speed regulation system.
The hydraulic oil in the tank drives the high-pressure pump through the motor and enters the oil circuit. It flows through the one-way valve, 10μ high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, and proportional valve before entering the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the proportional valve to control the opening and direction of the proportional valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder and achieving control of constant velocity test force, constant velocity displacement, etc.
2.2-Features: 1) Using a high-pressure pump with low noise and stable pressure
2) The integrated design of the power system and the operating console facilitates operation and saves experimental space.
Control System
The fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system has many advanced features and technological innovations, mainly reflected in:

Experimental data files can be saved in the form of Access common database or SQLserve large database, which facilitates customer resource sharing and network management, as well as user re-analysis. The software can easily access various user-defined word2000 reports, solving the problem of different users or the same user having different needs for test reports at different times. The software can process raw data of test force, displacement, time and curves derived therefrom.
2,Protection function: The machine has two limit protection methods, software and mechanical. The proportion of automatic shutdown when exceeding the maximum load can be dynamically set; it has multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload.
3,The load channel can be automatically marked, which is intuitive and convenient.
4,Batch testing can realize hierarchical display of curves, and the curves can be automatically followed.
5,The software enables user-defined speed settings and computer adjustment of speed. High-precision speed calibration can also be achieved, and speed gears and codes can be adjusted at any time.
6,Monitor the test process: real-time display of test force, displacement, curve and other parameters during the test process.
7,Software permissions hierarchical management function: In order to improve the security of software and data, the software can realize hierarchical permission management functions by setting different password protections.
8,Result reproduction function: After the test operation is completed and saved to disk, the test data can be opened and reanalyzed at any time according to the user's needs.
9,According to user needs, load-time, load-displacement, displacement-time and other curves can be selected for testing and data display, storage, analysis and printing.
10,Curve point-by-point traversal function: You can click the force and deformation values on the curve with the mouse to obtain various parameters at each point.
